Who it's for
Built for people who need meetings
Founders, SDRs, and agencies — same loop: outreach that ends in a booked call you can close and report.
Solo founders
Need 5–10 qualified calls a month without an SDR army — and a place those calls live after the DM.
Small sales teams
Capacity across senders, Pipeline assignees for handoff, and rates you can coach from.
Agencies & operators
Client-ready Meetings & Pipeline PDF/CSV — proof of meetings booked, not message spam.
Features
Everything in the meeting loop
Discover, LinkedIn and email outreach, Inbox, Pipeline, reports, and sync — paced to warmup and plan limits. Built for founders, SDRs, and agencies who count meetings.
Safe LinkedIn senders
Warmup, per-sender weekly caps, working hours, risk pause, and proxy-ready connect — protect the account you can’t afford to lose.
Email outreach
Connect Gmail (Outlook when enabled), find prospect emails, run Send Email sequences from your mailbox, and send meeting invites — with unsubscribe built in.
Discover & lists
Find ICP leads with Discover filters (title, location, degree), import CSV or LinkedIn URLs, and organize lists before you enroll.
Campaigns & sequences
LinkedIn, email, or mixed campaigns with a visual builder, condition branches, niche playbooks, and {{calendarLink}} CTAs that ask for the meeting.
Auto-Pilot
Business profile → ICP → draft campaign → optional weekly renewal — start outreach without building every sequence from scratch.
Unified Inbox
LinkedIn DMs and email replies in one place. Soft “sounds booked” detection, confirm with time and notes, AI suggestions that prioritize booking.
Meeting Pipeline
Meeting CRM: New → Outreach → Replied → Interested → Meeting → Won / Lost. Assignees, drag or Move to stage, deep-link highlight.
Analytics & reports
Acceptance, reply, and meeting rates; weekly activity and funnel. Meetings & Pipeline CSV / Print-PDF for clients and leadership.
Calendar & CRM sync
Native booking page (Google free/busy), booking link in sequences, CRM webhook (Zapier/Make), Slack alerts, Google Calendar OAuth — Outlook, HubSpot, Salesforce when enabled.
Team & handoff
Email or Google sign-in, workspace invites, roles, Pipeline assignees, and Slack or in-app alerts when a meeting is booked.
Claude MCP connector
Connect Claude (and other MCP clients) to your workspace. List campaigns, draft messages, and move the meeting loop forward — with OAuth Connect or API keys.
AI drafting & replies
Generate connects, messages, and follow-ups in AI Studio. Inbox suggestions that prioritize booking — including book_meeting cues.
New — Claude MCP
Run Outrelay from Claude
Connect once, then ask Claude to list campaigns, draft LinkedIn and email outreach, check Inbox, and keep the meeting loop moving — with your workspace permissions.
One-click Connect on Claude.ai (OAuth) — no API key juggling

Campaigns, prospects, Inbox, Auto-Pilot, and analytics tools
Revoke access anytime from Settings → Integrations
Point Claude at your Outrelay connector. Same URL for Connect and Claude Code.

After signup: Settings → Integrations → Connect Claude, or use the in-app help steps. Outrelay keeps outreach paced to warmup and plan limits — even when Claude drives the tools.
How it works
From connect to closed — six steps
Set up once. Outrelay runs LinkedIn and email outreach within safe limits while you book meetings and close them on Pipeline.
01
Connect channels
Link LinkedIn with warmup and weekly limits. Add Gmail (or Outlook when enabled) for email campaigns.
02
Find ICP leads
Discover, CSV, or lists — enrich emails and organize prospects before you enroll.
03
Run outreach
LinkedIn or email campaigns — or Auto-Pilot — that ask for the meeting with your calendar link.
04
Book in Inbox
Confirm booked with time, notes, and booking URL when the reply lands.
05
Close on Pipeline
Assign an owner and move Meeting → Won or Lost. Meetings don’t die in DMs.
06
Prove & sync
Export Meetings & Pipeline reports. Sync calendar or CRM when a meeting books.
Integrations & trust
Sync the book — don’t rip out your CRM
Connect Gmail for email campaigns. Connect Claude via MCP. Native booking page, Slack alerts, and CRM webhook work for everyone. Google Calendar, Outlook, HubSpot, and Salesforce follow the same path when enabled.
Claude MCP
Connect Claude.ai / Claude Code to campaigns, Inbox, and Pipeline.
Gmail / Outlook
Connect mailboxes for email campaigns, replies, and meeting invites.
Google Calendar
Create calendar events when a meeting is confirmed booked.
Native booking page
Prospects pick a free Google Calendar slot on /book/you — Meet link + Pipeline, no Calendly.
Slack alerts
Incoming Webhook to your channel — ping the team when a meeting is booked or a sender is auto-paused.
Booking link
Drop {{calendarLink}} into sequences so prospects self-book.
CRM webhook
Zapier, Make, or custom HTTPS — HMAC-signed meeting events.
HubSpot / Salesforce
Native OAuth push on book when your workspace enables them.

How teams use the meeting loop
Illustrative composite scenarios based on early-access patterns — founders, SDR teams, and agencies. Metrics are modeled, not named-customer guarantees.
Solo SaaS founder · B2B SaaS
From scattered DMs to 6 booked meetings on Pipeline
A founder running outbound alone stopped losing “sure, let’s chat” replies in LinkedIn. Discover + a calendar CTA sequence + Inbox confirm put every yes onto Pipeline.
An SDR and founder split roles: outreach capacity on two senders, assignees on Pipeline, Analytics for weekly coaching — meetings no longer died after the reply.
High-volume blasting and tools that ignore limits get accounts restricted. Outrelay defaults to conservative warmup, caps, and pause rules — the same guardrails enforced in the product.
Gradual warmup
New LinkedIn senders ramp connection and message volume over 2–3 weeks. Outrelay enforces daily caps that match each warmup stage.
Plan-aware limits
Daily and weekly limits cannot exceed your subscription quota or platform safety bounds — so teams cannot accidentally over-send.
Restriction detection
Safety guard can auto-pause senders and campaigns when LinkedIn restriction signals are detected, with configurable risk thresholds.
Human-like pacing
Minimum delays between actions, hourly caps, and working-hours scheduling reduce bot-like patterns.
Security & privacy
LinkedIn sessions and mailbox tokens encrypted at rest
Stripe handles payment card data — we never store card numbers
Outrelay saves founder hours and turns LinkedIn and email replies into booked meetings you can close and report — at a fraction of hiring an SDR.

For solo founders getting started with safe LinkedIn and email outreach.
Yes. Outrelay includes a hosted MCP connector. Connect Claude.ai with one click (OAuth), or use an API key with Claude Code and Cursor. Ask Claude to list campaigns, draft outreach, and work your pipeline — inside your workspace permissions.
Does Outrelay bypass LinkedIn limits?
No. Outrelay does not help you exceed LinkedIn’s intended use or our platform safety bounds. We enforce gradual warmup, daily and weekly caps, delays between actions, and plan quotas — you cannot configure sending above those limits. You are responsible for following LinkedIn’s terms and applicable laws.
Is Outrelay safe for LinkedIn accounts?
Outrelay is built around LinkedIn-safe volumes: gradual warmup, daily and weekly caps, delays between actions, and optional auto-pause when restriction signals appear. No tool can guarantee zero risk — you are still responsible for following LinkedIn’s terms — but we default to conservative limits, not high-volume blasting.
Is this a CRM?
Outrelay includes a meeting Pipeline for deals you book from LinkedIn or email — stages through Meeting, Won, and Lost with assignees. Sync booked meetings to Google Calendar, Slack, a CRM webhook (Zapier/Make), or native HubSpot/Salesforce when enabled. It is not a full HubSpot replacement.
How do Google Calendar and CRM sync work?
Set a booking calendar link for sequences, or connect Google Calendar to create events when you confirm a meeting booked. Send calendar meeting invites from connected mailboxes. Paste a Slack Incoming Webhook to alert your channel when a meeting is booked or a sender is auto-paused. A CRM webhook supports Zapier and Make. Outlook, HubSpot, and Salesforce Connect are available when enabled for your workspace.
Can Outrelay notify Slack?
Yes. In Settings → Integrations, paste a Slack Incoming Webhook URL. Outrelay can post when a meeting is booked and when a LinkedIn sender is auto-paused for safety — so the team sees it without living in the app.
Do you support email sequences?
Yes — connect Gmail (and Outlook when enabled) in Settings. You can run email-only campaigns or mix LinkedIn and Send Email steps in one sequence (pick both a LinkedIn sender and a mailbox). Mail sends from your own mailbox for deliverability and trust, with an unsubscribe page for compliance. Prospects need a LinkedIn URL for LinkedIn steps and an email for email steps.
How does sender warmup work?
New senders start with low daily connection and message limits that increase over roughly three weeks. You can see warmup status per sender in Settings. Limits in Account Safety & Limits cannot be set above your plan quota or current warmup stage.
Do I need a Chrome extension?
No. Outrelay runs as a web app. Connect LinkedIn senders and Gmail or Outlook mailboxes through the in-app flow — no browser extension required for your team.
What happens after the free trial?
When a free trial ends without a paid subscription, outreach pauses (workspace frozen) but you can subscribe anytime in Settings → Subscription to restore access. Your data stays in the workspace. Trial success is your first booked meeting on Pipeline — not “campaign Active.”
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid plans are month-to-month unless you have a separate Enterprise agreement. Cancel from billing settings and you will not be charged for the next period.
What is Auto-Pilot?
Auto-Pilot turns your business profile into an ICP and draft campaign, with optional continuous weekly renewal on eligible plans. You still control messaging and can edit before sending.
Do you have case studies?
Yes — see illustrative composite scenarios on our Case studies page. They model how founders, SDR teams, and agencies use the meeting loop. Named customer logos are added as design partners allow.
Who controls message content and targeting?
You do. Outrelay provides scheduling, sequences, and AI-assisted drafting within your plan limits. You choose prospects, messaging, and targeting. Compliance with LinkedIn’s terms and applicable laws is your responsibility.
How is my data protected?
Account and workspace data is stored on secured infrastructure. LinkedIn sender sessions are encrypted at rest. We use Stripe for billing. See our Privacy Policy and DPA for full details.
Ready for your first booked meeting?
Trial success isn’t “campaign Active.” It’s your first booked meeting on Pipeline. Start in minutes — email or Google, no extension required.
